Hi experienced loss of access to Google Assistant. Will not recognise legacy Arlo for 1 week.

Hi casfan295,

 

Could you clarify what problems you're having with your VMB3010? Are you saying you're having problems onboarding your camera or Base Station? Or are you saying you're having problems connecting it to Google Assistant?

The cameras run on a dedicated WiFi network created by the base station. It is required; you can’t connect the cameras to any other wireless access point.
