I've worked in IT and Customer Support for over 25+ years. Having to navigate through an 'autobot' system that doesn't have a pertinent thread of questions to reach a 'live' support technician is a complete waste of time.

 

Question(s):

 

1.) Why is there no support E-Mail address?

 

2.) Why is there no support telephone number?
