My husband gave me access to the arlo account and I created an account but after that I am not sure what to do. It is not showing me what to do next or showing any cameras when I log in

After he granted access, make sure he selected the cams to share with privileges

How did you accept the invite?
Try clicking on the "Create Account" link on a PC. That will open your browser to my.arlo.com. Since you already have an account, just log into it (no need to create a new one). That should accept the invite, and allow you to see the shared cameras from your account.
