I have no idea which camera I have because it won’t tell you in the settings it only gives you a serial number it doesn’t tell you which model it is. I can’t get my zone activity settings to alert me on my phone on just one camera. I have three cameras at the house they were all set up and operating just fine and one camera just stopped alerting and it will no longer alert I’ve tried to factory reset the entire camera removed it and reinstalled it still nothing

Here are some options - I am assuming you have an outdoor model, and one that either is using a base station or your home wifi.

  1. If the camera uses four CR123 batteries, then it is the original Arlo WireFree camera (VMC3030).
  2. If your camera opens and has a lithium battery inside, then open up the camera, remove the battery, and look for a label that starts with VMC.  Let us know what model number you find.
  3. If your camera is completely sealed, then it is an Essential spotlight.  The one without a spotlight is the VMC2020, the one with a spotlight is the VMC3030.  If you purchased the XL model (which just has a larger battery), then you have the VMC2032.

I have the Arlo Pro2 VMC4030P. Thank you for that.

Do you know how to get the activity alerts to work again?

The easiest first step is to swap the camera with one in a different spot, and then see if the problem moves with the camera, or sticks with the location.

Assuming it moves with the camera:

First, I suggest checking that you can make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera.

If that works, then I suggest deleting the activity zone(s), and then running the motion detection test here:  https://kb.arlo.com/41/How-do-I-change-the-motion-sensitivity-on-my-Arlo-camera

If that test passes, then see if you are getting motion recordings.  Once you'e confirmed that, then try recreating the activity zones.
