I have been a loyal customer and have many cameras around my house. I have had a subscription for several years and recently the credit card that has been used for my account was updated. I added that card to may account and it says the card is in the system however it will not allow me to delete the old card. I have now tried for over a month to talk with a live agent and continue to get a bot that sends me instructions that will not fix my problem and the chat says I'm not entitled to a live agent. Is there any other way to speak with a live agent?
