Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my camera access as a shared (additional) user.
Previously, I was able to see all cameras in the app, but suddenly they disappeared from my account.
My husband, who is the main account owner, has re-sent me the invitation multiple times. I accepted the invitation, created/logged into my account again, but I still cannot see any cameras in the app.
This issue occurred unexpectedly, without any changes made on my side.
Could you please advise what might be causing this problem and how to resolve it?
Thank you in advance.

The main account owner can see all cameras, but as a shared user I see none.
All troubleshooting steps have been completed (reinstall, re-invite, correct account, permissions checked).
This seems to be an account or sharing synchronization issue.

Generally this happens because one of the accounts is using the new interface ("Feed" and "Dashboard" in the app menu), while the other is still using the old interface ("Library" in the app menu).
The simplest fix is for you to use your husband's arlo credentials on your phone. Then you will see everything he sees.
The other fix is to migrate the "Library" account to "Feed". You do that by starting to add a Pro 5s camera to the account. Since you don't have that camera, that process will fail. But the workflow will migrate your account to "Feed" before you get stuck.
Once both accounts are using "Feed", you will have two "Home" locations in your app. One is for your own cameras (likely you have none), the other is for the shared cameras. Since both have the same name, this is quite confusing. If you press the profile icon in the upper left of the app menu, you will see both locations, and you can change their names there. You switch locations by pressing on the location name (present in the center of most of the title bars). This is sticky, so you shouldn't need to do that very often.
