I have a few Arlo cameras around my house, and have had no issues. A little while ago however, I stopped receiving email notifications from one of the cameras. I still receive email notifications from all the rest, and the camera in question is still recording video and sending them to my account. I have tried re-sync the camera. I have removed the camera and did a new set up.

When you remove and resync a camera, you also have to add the camera back to custom modes and reset any settings in the Armed mode. Have you checked those?

Yes @jguerdat I have. When I sign into my account I can see the videos it records. It follows the schedule, and from my account everything appears to be working. My issue is that I don't receive notifications to my email, but only from the one camera.

And you've verified that your rule(s) for that camera include email notifications?

I am having the same problem: I have 5 Arlo Pro cameras, but am only get email alerts on 4 of the 5. Email alerts have stopped just on that one camera; got them before. Everything else appears to be functioning properly.

Have you tired to reboot this camera or remove it from Settings > My Devices > Re-Add?

I removed the battery and reinstalled it: still no email notifications. I deleted the camera from the network and once again synced it to the base station: still no email notifications. Camera problem?

I wouldn't assume the camera is faulty from that. I would suggest contacting customer support so they can look deeper in to the issue for you. I will add the link here. Arlo Tech Support

Contacted Arlo support and found the problem. Somehow that one camera decided it no longer wanted to be configured to send email notifications/alerts. The box activating email alerts was unselected somehow; not by a human. Once reselected all is well.
