Stil doesn't work my cameras

I bought the set of three cameras, I did the set up but I believe something went wrong. Only 3 lights on the console are on. Cameras are synchronised but I can use them. Do frustrating.., any advice guys

We need a little more info here.

 

Three (green) lights on the base station? That's good. How do you know your cameras are synchronized? What have you tried so far? Make sure to try connecting with a browser at http://arlo.netgear.com.
