Spark fibre with spark business gateway won't let arlo work

Hi there just got fibre installed but arlo has stopped working was working fine on vdsl.

The connection is through Spark they have me a business gateway router model HG659b

but I now can't find my base station when I search for it. An ideas cheers

Can you log into the router and verify the base is getting an IP address?  If it is, check that ports 80 and 443 are open to netgear.com.

Yea tryed that but still no go. I can see the base station on the network I opened the ports and even took down the firewall but still nothing.

When you say Arlo stopped working, what is the behavior of the internet LED on the base station? Are you receiving a specific error message that is telling you the system is not working? Consider trying to log in and view your system from a device outside your network, such as a mobile phone or tablet on a 3g/4g connection to help isolate the problem.
