Signed out twice due to someone signing into my account? Tried changing PW.

On my Arlo account very late last night. I was bumped off twice due to someone else signing into my account. Called Arlo who does not think the system can be hacked. They offered 2 step verification which I haven't done yet. The only other person who can sign in is my husband and he was asleep next to me. Changed my password. What to do?? Has this happened to anyone else?

I occasionally get this - not often. It can be due to having multiple devices configured to use the same login info or maybe the phase of the moon. If your husband's phone is logging in with the same account, use Settings, Grant Access from the original account to the other person's email address. A granted access account won't bump you off like 2 people using the same account.

 

And the 2FA feature is recommended - ask Ring.

Seen it happen too, every now and then... usu use 3 devices here and sometimes when not in background/ asleep it can happen
