Arlo app says Base Station is offline. Still takes picture & stores in cloud. Tried turning off/on.

On my app it is telling me the base is offline.. however it is still taking pictures and storing then to the cloud.. any idea? I turned off/on and hit the reset button.

Try force closing the app and reopen as well as rebooting the phone. You can also try a web browser.
