When I email someone an invitation to view my standard camera, the link provided to the person's email does not send them to my systems dashboard. IE, I want my wife to have the same access & alarm notifications sent to her as well.

Be sure that her email address is set in your rules.  Granting access doesn't set anything up like that.  I'm not sure if you also need to add access rights to receive push notifications but it sounds like you need that setting anyways.
