I am having challenges with the setup. I am at the continue stage of the setup and the app is asking that I ensure that I am connected to the internet. I am plugged into a Comcase modem but am getting an amber light where plugged in and the internet light on the base station is not on. Any suggestions here?

You should be plugging Intl a router, not a modem. Some modems have built-in routers - is that what you have? The lack of a green Internet LED means nlo connection which could be a bad or wrong cable, a bad port on either the base or router or a configuration setting in the router blocking access. You can try a factory reset of the base using the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and try again.

Thanks for the suggestion. I am now up and running although had to finally call Customer Service. There was some issue with my username and password from the initial registration of the product. That had to be redone. Service Rep was very helpful although a bit challenged with English as a second language.
