 When i click on live view for any of my 3 cameras it displays "Buffering ".  Then after a minute it displays "Unable to play. Try again." Refer to screenshot.  Here is the thing...Everything works fine when I view from my Android phone but just started having this problem on my tablet yesterday.  IT WORKED FINE BEFORE.  IVE tried restarting my android tablet several times but still have this problem.  Please help.

Buffering issues , usu coming from either access speed or device.   Be it slow data thru-put or some form of flash issue.

Since it works on your phone the problem is obv the tablet.

 

I know you said you restarted the tablet , but did you delete the app and reinstall it ... and or if using a browser on you tablet , try a different browser like Fire Fox or Chrome.

  Yes I removed the app and reinstalled it. The problem persists.  Any other suggestions?

Power down the tablet and then let reboot too

 

PS what type of tablet, what is the OS version

Yes i have turned it off and on several times. Also,  i just update the Tab OS.    Here is my tablet info.  Galaxy Tab A

Have you tried a browser on the tablet ? and go to https://arlo.netgear.com/  ?

 

Also try going to wifi settings and Forget the wifi connection, then re-sign back into your network

How is your tablet connected compared to your phone? Is one WiFi and the other cell? Have you tried both connections?

I'm having the same problem again. When I launch  the arlo app on my android tablet each of cameras displays "buffering" then after a minute or two the cameras displays "offline" or "disconnected try again later".    Its frustrating because it works fine for several days then suddenly for no easily apparent reason the cameras stop working/disconnected.  I power down the tablet, turn it back on and restart the arlo app but the problem  persists.   My Wifi connection is confirmed  because my browser and email both work  fine.   If I run the arlo app on my android phone everything works fine. This same problem  happened less than a week ago, then suddenly everything started working again.    It's getting very frustrating because i cant rely on arlo for home security.   Please advise. Thank you.
