After the update I cannot get my viewing screens to go to the bigger view. I have two baby altos and the smaller screen is harder to see. Please let me know if this is the new norm or if the issue is being fixed.

Is this via the Arlo mobile app or web browser? Which version of the Arlo app are you using if occurring there?

Yes it is via mobile app and it is all my ipads. Once I did the newest update for app is when it all started.

I noticed there was an update but I am still only able to view smaller screens not the bigger screen with two cameras at a time. Was this supposed to be fixed on this update or will there be another one come soon again?

With the latest version of the Arlo app and the new Arlo app experience you can have the option to set custom options for device cards. If you would like to migrate to the new experience I can provide further instructions.

No problem. To begin the process, try adding the new security system or pro 5s in the add new device section within the app. You will be prompted to migrate your account to the new Arlo experience. You can cancel the adding new device when initiated.

After being migrated, you will see the new dashboard Which will allow you to select your device and choose a large or small widget.

Please note when migrating you will loose any custom modes and settings. You will need to re-create them within the new app experience. Also, if you have a granted access user, they will need to perform the same or the shared devices will not be present in the devices list.

Thank you very much this has worked. It was a little tricky on the other login to get it connected but waited for motion notifications and clicked on  then it pulled everything up on the screens.

If there is one more issue you can assist with. When I am monitoring my two baby Arlo the cameras both seem to stop  playing after a few minutes. So I am constantly waking up in the middle of the night having to push play button to make sure kids are ok or at least here them.

When this issue occurs are you able to tell if the phone is on mobile data or wifi? If the device looses interest connection this can occur or if the phone switches from wifi to mobile data.

I alone is it on Wi-Fi and it always happens like every few mins I have tried to time it but the time varies but usually 15-20 minutes apart.

Are you able to assign to a different network band? do you have a dual band router?

Not sure what I am using if that sense. I have spectrum internet and then have eero for a booster.

Eero should be dual band, and should let you use different network names for 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz.

When you say it is a "booster", do you mean you are using an Eero wifi extender (getting the main wifi from the spectrum router)?  Or are you using the full Eero mesh solution (leaving the spectrum wifi off)?

Spectrum modem to eero router
