Each month I receive notification that Arlo is billing me and each month I cancel my subscription only to find out the next month they have billed me AGAIN. Does it take a lawyer to get this illegal practice to stop?

Log in to your Arlo account and navigate to Settings > Subscription. Do you see an active subscription plan there? If so, cancel using the following steps: https://kb.arlo.com/1215141/How-do-I-change-or-cancel-my-Arlo-subscription-plan
Also be sure you're logging in to the correct account, if you have more than one account, check the others to see if they are subscribed.
