Arlo base station shows all cameras offline but all are online?

I have an Arlo 2 base station model VMB4500 with 5 cameras and 4 days ago all my cameras show offline.  The base station shows steady blue and the cameras sync just fine but they still all show offline.  I've unplugged the base station, removed batteries in the cameras, resynced cameras to base station, changed ethernet cables on the base station and to another known working port on my router, activity lights are blinking on my router for the base station so all looks good except all the cameras still show offline when I go into my arlo app online website or on my phone.  Any thoughts of what I should try next?  Also, I have another Arlo 2 system with 4 different cameras that is working just fine and I've had both of these systems online for many years now. Thanks in advance for any tips!

Is the base also showing up as off-line?

You might need to remove the cameras (and base) from the account, and re-add them.
