Hi
We have an Arlo system which was working fine till about two weeks ago. Now when we open the app to view anything other than a live feed, it states that there is an “SSL error “and that it can not connect I have reset all of the cameras and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. I have also tried on the computer and it says that a new version of adobe must be installed. This I have done but I am still unable to view any feeds.
Any suggestions please?

Hi @jslh

When did this issue first occur? Does another web browser allow you to open the live feed?

Hi
It started a week ago. It makes no difference on the browser or if viewing through the app. The screen shot was from the app (not a browser).
Thanks

Have you tried to view the live feed with firefox or another browser?

Hi

Yes I have tried different browsers as well as the app. Neither are working

I would have thought that the app should work fine as no browser is required.

The app is my preferred platform

This is happening to me for the last few days as well. The app won’t show any devices and I keep getting an SSL error in the app. I have 18 cameras across the country

Odd.  Are you also seeing this in the browser (my.arlo.com)?

What specific error are you seeing?
