[SOLVED] iPhone XS Max isn’t playing the videos with 12.1 update.

New iPhone XS Max with the 12.1 iOS update... still can’t play my videos or watch live feed. You can hear the sound but no video. App just crashes after a few minutes.

Any advice?

Hi @Superjustin,

 

Try to update to the latest Arlo app version, which is 2.7.1, and iOS version, which is iOS 12.1.2.

Had iOS 12.1.2 and had the same problem on XSmax. Upgraded to 12.1.3, problem solved.
