SD card not recognized

I have the “usual” problem as well. My VMB5000EU does not work with a brand new MicroSD card.  ARLO support via Email was no help at all. Can anybody help me?

Have you tried a different card? Mount it to a computer and check for multiple partitions, delete them all and try using the hub to format it again.
