Router Compatibility

I want an ARLO system for Christmas but am not certain which version I should request from Santa.

I have a Netgear 150 router with three ports open.  Does that mean that I can install only two ARLO Q cameras since one port is needed for your system?

The cameras use their own WiFi signal with the base station.  Only the base needs an Ethernet port so you're fine.
