I have replaced the batteries on a couple cameras and they show they are drained. It's like the camera doesn't realize they are new. I called the supplier I purchased the batteries from and suggested it could be an issue with the cameras.

Open the battery compartment again. Close it. Wait for the camera to reconnect to the base. Force close the app. Open a new instance of the app. If the battery level doesn't refresh, click the cog next to the camera in the devices menu. Then click on the battery level. That might refresh it

I just replaced batteries in the two cameras that I'm having the issue with. It shows both at 100%, I will check in a day to see if they appear drained again. Thanks
