Recovering deleted videos..?

is there no way to recover videos?

No, once the day limit on your service passes, the videos are deleted.

So on the Basic level which is 7 days storage, On day 8, the day 1's videos are removed..etc.  Any videos needed must be downloaded prior to removal.

 

The next higher levels allow you 30 and 60 days.

I suggest NEVER deleting videos so they're available until the end of your plan's settings (7 days for basic).

 

I have no idea if the videos are part of a backup scheme on Netgear's part but a warrant may be useful to try to recover that way.  Otherwise, there's no way to recover deleted videos.
