I have a variety of cameras. All with current plans. The library became inaccessible about a week ago and still hadn’t come back up. I tried testing for manual recording. It records but doesn’t show in the library either.

ANy camera newer than the Pro 2 (since 2018) requires a subscription for cloud recordings. What model cameras do you have and do you have a sub for them? The trial sub may have expired. If you have a paid sub, have you checked to verify that they are active in the sub?

Same here. Unable to get support from Arlo.

The only way to get support is to have a subscription. You can temporarily buy a single camera sub for the purpose of contacting support and then cancel it when done. Note that there are no prorated refunds so be sure to get a monthly sub.

Issue is still ongoing. I am very dissatisfied. It's been nearly 2 months now. Payments for the plan have been taken from my bank account and all I have been offered is a coupon for a 1 month plan.
