Why are my past motion detection recordings disappearing despite having space on the cloud storage?

Just in case, depending on the service you currently have, ( 7 days is free ) have you looked in the recycle bin?
If there, just restore and then save locally.
If you have one of the higher services, sometimes people miss the little "<" up near the month ( in LIBRARY ) to jump back to last months videos.

yes....in LIBRARY....... click on RECYCLE BIN

Missing items in the various screens usually means a failed connection to the servers. Try logging out and back in.

If you are using the Arlo app the recycle bin location is different. You will find it by navigating to Settings -> Subscription -> Recycle Bin.
