Recently added a new base. I get alerts when there’s motion but no videos in library

recently purchased Pro 2 system, installed and working for outside operation.  old 3030 system removed.

i want to reinstall 3030 system as an inside operation. can i set up new account for it, or am i required to add as a new mode on the current account and change from basic service to an upgrade? if so, how can I add it and avoid having to upgrade?

The frre wya requires that you set up the new system using a second email address. Once set up, use Settings, Grant Access from the second account to the first email address and follow the emailed directions carefully.
