Receiving repeated notice of video recordings from days ago

For the past week now i have been getting 3 emails a day telling me that i have a recording from May 17th, why is this happening?

Have you tried to reboot your base station & test again?

I was also getting those repeat notifications. This week the problem was not communicating with 1 of 2 base stations. Reseting the base station seems to have caused a change in the time stamp of the notifications. i.e. 1 base station seems to be on Pacific Time while the other is still on Eastern Time. This is very confusing.

 

So the question is - Where does the time stamp come from? How can I correct it?

All you can do is check and reset the time zone on the affected base until a firmware fix to resolve this is released.

Settings, My Devices, your base, Timezone

Oddly enuff the other (working correctly) base station is the only one visible there.

Is the other one on a different account? You may need to claim the missing base again.

I think that is it bc you can't have more than 5 cams on one account.  So I wonder what/why it changed to begin with?
