It is several months I can't access my Arlo account by web browser

Hello everyone

It's almost a year I can't access my Arlo account using the web browser.

I've tried anything and everything (3 different updated browsers, deleted cookie and navigation data, restarted browsers and PC, etc.) but still I can't get into my account. I always get a message that says "you must update your Adobe Flash Player", but even updating it nothing changes!

 

(PS: Using the smartphone app I can easily access my account.)

 

Is there anyone who know how to get out of this nightmare?

Have you tried a different computer, perhaps at a different location? Are you trying to access from home or work? Are you using Kaspersky antivirus? Can you use the app on both your WiFi as well as cell service?
