Receiving motion notifications but can't see recordings. Try viewing live feed but won't load.

Ever since updating the new update last week  I will get notifications of movement, but when I check they either are not there or won’t load. Also when I click on devices for live feeds, they now mostly will not load at all. All was working perfectly before this new update. Anyone else having issues since the new update?

Hi Vicanddav,

 

What phone device are you using? Have you tried reinstalling the Arlo app and rebooting your phone device? Are you unable to view the live stream or see any recordings through the web client on your computer?
