I’ve had nothing but issues with my Arlo cameras since I’ve purchased them. Going offline constantly (Even when disarmed) and unable to sync to the Base station. I recently purchased Arlo Pro Cameras and am having much better luck with them. I also have no issues with my Arlo Q Cameras.

I’ve decided to give my Arlo VMB3500 cameras to my parents. I’ve gone through the factory reset steps and I’ve only been able to get one camera to sync.

I’m experiencing the same issue, As described on this post:

We have been receiving a small number of reports that Arlo Wire-Free cameras are not syncing to the base station as expected. We have found that for several reasons, during the process of syncing a wire-free camera to the base station, the LED status light on some of the cameras blinks blue slowly for 4 to 5 seconds, followed by rapid blinking of the amber LED light, and the camera fails to sync. If all normal troubleshooting steps have been exhausted as outlined in the My camera will not sync with the base station article and the problem persists, please visit Arlo Support to contact us via email, chat or phone for further assistance.
