Installed arlo app. 1 month ago. now not working properly. does not record even though alert of motion?
shows all cameras off line? cannot connect and works intermitently. is this related to recent update? first month was working great now worthless. any one else experiencing these issues?

You don't say if IOS or ANDROID
IOS 9.0.2 and some iphones have been having some glitches.
Morse is faster than texting!

dont really think that matters. i have a i phone wife has android both have issues. even on explorer shows timed out or off line
and internet working with now problems. i have full signal on all cameras. i think this is due to the recent updates.

Try restarting the base station. Use the power button on the base.

Are you getting an error when trying to live stream? What browser or mobile app are you using and is it consistent across all browsers/apps that you try to use?

how do i open a support ticket, still having intermitent issues. sometimes one cam offline some all off line. sometimes all online. like i stated it was working well for around the first month. now its hit or miss if it works.
i have tried reseting base, router modem several times. my base station is as far away as it can be.i have also switched router ports, very fustrated with current results.if i wanted dummy cameras i could find alot cheaper than what i spent at best buy. can a mod send a link to arlo support team?
i am ready to take them back.....
very unhappy customer.

I at first loved this product. Recently it has continued to get worse. We have recieved notifications when nothing has happened obviously because there is no recording. It took me 45 minutes just to log in and delete unwanted videos. I get tired of sitting staring at the please wait icon. The batteries drain way to quickly anytime you use the cameras. It was showing full batteries and switched to live view and it instantly dropped down to 1 bar on new batteries. That is rediculous. Hard time changing modes and half the time even though it shows you did it still does not. Pointless is starting to put it lightly. I paid $700 for this set up and it worked great up until the 30 day return policy expired. I dont know if arlo is doing this to try to get $ for support fees but all it is going to get from me is tossed in the trash and never buying anything netgear or arlo again. Fix it or lose customers its that simple.

this has not worked for me the 20 different times I tried it. Even when going to arlo site it takes forever when any other site pulls up instantly so it is not my internet.

Were these push notifications or email notifications that you received? Could you view the recording from the link in the email notification? Are you still seeing this behavior?
After 7 days (on the Basic subscription) videos are automatically deleted. There is also a select all feature within the library that allows you to quickly select all videos for that day and delete.
