Hi Arlo Team,

Unfortunately one of my cameras is now experiencing the Purple/Pink video problem.

This morning the video footage was purple and now the tint has become more severe.

I have gone through the recommended troubleshoot settings:

 

1) Open battery hatch for more than ten seconds, then close - problem still persists

 

2) Take out batteries wait 30 seconds, put them back in - problem still persists

 

3) Remove camera from system settings and resync - seem to have worked at first, but after few minutes unfortunately video footage reverted back to pinkish hue

 

4) Night vision mode toggle on and off and save - problem still persists

 

Please let me know if there are any other solutions available, thank you for your time and help.

I have the same issues after the most recent camera update.....Just now had a chance to trouble shoot....Nothing worked..Any update from support?
