Hi, I bought this Arlo camera recently (Amzon Renewed) and when I am going to add it to my account, after trying to give it a name, that message appears. I already reset it, I checked if the network is 2.4 and it is, I tried to connect it several times and there was no case, how can I solve this?

I haven't seen that but I would suspect that the "Amazon renewed" system is the cause - the original purchaser didn't remove the system from his account after sending it back to Amazon. I'd suggest returning it and swapping for another.

I'm in Uruguay, It's very expensive for me sending back the camera and getting another one. Isn't there any other option?
