Hi. Just bought an Arlo chime and it won’t pick it up from my phone that’s connected into PowerPoint. What do I do ?

Hopefully you aren't really using Microsoft PowerPoint. 🙂
We need all details about what you've tried and what you see. What is the LED on the chime doing? Have you read the FAQ here on resetting the chime? Are you trying to connect to an existing base (it won't connect via WiFi)?

Hi . Goodness didn’t realise it needed a base. Misleading when I watched a video saying chime works with a door bell.
I thought chime and audio non camera door bell just worked together. So what do I need to get . What type of base. When I plug in the chime there’s a red flash . So when I get a base does it come with cable and does it connect to my wifi internet box .
Thanks

Any base station will work with the chime. I would look for the cheapest one unless you expect to maybe add cameras, etc. later and may want additional features.
The base will come with an Ethernet cable that plugs into your router for connection to the Arlo servers.
