I received email from Arlo saying that they are having problems processing my payment. I have updated my card details (Mastercard debit card). My card details are correct & there is no problem with funds. Can Arlo please get someone to call me and process the payment right away? I cannot find the Arlo customer service hotline on the web at all.

I also have the same issue. I keep receiving emails from Arlo saying that they are having problems processing my payment. I have updated my card details (still using a Mastercard debit card) but keep receiving emails saying that my payment cannot be processed. I emailed customer support but didn't hear back and then today my plan has been cancelled. I can't find a contact number or any other method of communication to speak to anyone at Arlo. My card details are correct & there is no problem with funds. This is extremely frustrating and time consuming. Can anyone offer any advice please?

I have the same issue, and the form correctly verifies my details every time I enter my (correct) credit card details.
I have no idea what’s going wrong here and tbh this is also extremely bad UX practice to not provide ANY feedback on what the issue is, and just blast out an email saying “something is wrong, we’ll terminate your plan if you don’t fix it”.
