Cameras keep going offline. What to do when traveling and no one around to reset. Batteries are full, they were working before leaving. That is why I bought the cameras so I could make sure everything was good. Now several times while away, I look in and they are off line, one might up but the others are off line. Can you fix it so we can reset while away and use the cameras. This will be very helpful.

sometimes remotely rebooting the base station will bring your cams back.  But sometimes using the soft reboot will hang the base station so you'd lose any cams that were still working.

I put an IP switch between my base station and power bar, giving me the ability to do a hard base station reboot in case the above happens.

Not guaranteed to get your cams back, but will for some situations

Thanks. What is ip switch and where do I get it. It's always worth trying.

but many brands can be found at best buy, amazon etc

This is the model I got, works great using my cell phone to turn off/on

BTW, sometimes the "offline" is a display issue that can be quickly resolved by logging out and back in or by using a browser instead of the app or vice versa.
