I purchase an Arlo camera in Jan and the first charged worked but the 2nd time we tried to charge the batteries will not hold a charge. One camera detects motion when plugged in but will not detect motion when unplugged. The other 2 batteries will not hold a charge. Ideas on what I should do?

mcwwbw,

When you say the batteries will not hold a charge, are they discharging quickly or do they not charge at all when you plug in the camera? Are you seeing an error messages when you plug in the camera?

Hi I have Arlo Pro VMB 4000. it is not on your list.

I have this for about a 1 !/2 but only used it for 8 month. I have just set it up again and founs out the the batterys will not charge at all. I have to run the system with the Camar plued in. I do not get any errors on my system.
