Pro 4 XL price increases

I had been paying $8.97 monthly to access recordings from 3 Arlo cameras for the first 4 months I had them. Without notification my automatic charges went up to $14.97. This is a 67% increase in price. On the Arlo website it says that you will be grandfathered at your current rate until you make changes/modify your monitoring. I contacted customer service and was told Arlo will not be grandfathering anyone in at their old rates. Customer service did go on to tell me that there was a cheaper option for $12.99 I could have been upgraded to, but Arlo did not do that. Customer service said I could change to the $12.99 plan if I wanted, but there was nothing else that could be done. I do not appreciate deceptive business practices and will be looking to change companies when I upgrade my camera systems.
