Arlo Baby Unable to take snapshots

Hello, I am facing an issue that I have tried everything to fix. Manual snapshots via the app don't seem to work on both iOS and Android. I have tried resetting the apps, I've reset the device several times and added it back in as well.

 

Whenever I take a snapshot, in the preview screen, all I see is a black image. When I try to download this image, I receive a "Download unsuccessful" message. This is only pertaining to snapshots. The video recordings are working just fine.

 

Any ideas?

Have you tried this on a computer via browser ?  my.arlo.com

 

This would eliminate  which, system itself or phones.

This was a great suggestion. It appears that doing this via my.arlo.com doesn't have the same issues.

 

I wonder if there's some sort of permissions issue for the app's API requests that causes it to not take a screenshot properly.

 

For the record, I also took a snapshot via the app and then tried to retrieve it via the my.arlo.com and it was the same issue as my original post.
