Customer service is non existent. Started when I ordered a system and they charged my 2x. They said it was an authorization hold on my debit card and would revert back. They could not tell me why it needed to be charged twice. of course you spend time talking to a chat bot and then when you get a live chat person, they have no clue what to tell you. Just it's a hold and will revert back to your account in 3-5 days. Oh...okay charge me $1000 for a system but then also put a hold on another $1000. Total scam company! Sounds a bit like a Ponzi scheme to me.

I do apologize you feel this way, that is not at all how we want our customers to feel. Did those charges drop off from the account or do you still need support. I can create a ticket for you if you are still needing support.

The charges are still on my debit card.  I just ordered and authorized the charge for the cameras.  I never agreed to the additional charges regardless of what they are for.
