My PC is far more secure than my phone, yet I am required to re-verify my PC every 14 days. Please either do away with this nuisance or at least give us the option of turning it off. Second, modify the software so we can view local clips without having to download them first. If we can view them on our phones without downloading, then doing so on a PC should have been a no brainer. Third, offer a split screen option where we can enlarge the view to 1/4 or /12 screen instead of full screen only.
These issues have exited since I started using Arlo more than two years ago and my pleas to tech support have fallen on deaf ears. Perhaps if more users complain, Arlo will make the changes. Regardless, prospective buyers should be aware of these issues before deciding to purchase Arlo equipment.
