Kindly try the following troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue you are having:

  1. Power cycle the camera. Simply by opening the battery compartment door and closing it.
  2. Swap locations of the camera with a working camera. Placing it inside is highly recommended to isolate the issue.

In addition to the troubleshooting steps,is there any interference between your camera and base station? Could you elaborate where the affected camera and base station are located?
