Can anyone help? Have bought a new camera and the picture is pink/red? Tried the things suggested in the conversations, removing batteries and re-syncing etc. Didn’t work. Thanks

Swap at the store - it's a hardware problem.

Very common, the IR filter is stuck... check/search the FAQs for this.

Since you said new, return it
