Cameras showing and recording in pink/red.  How can this be fixed? How do I contact customer service?

Many other threads here on the same topic with the same solutions. Open and close the battery door to reset the camera. It's the IR filter getting stuck. If this doesn't fix it or if it happens again, open a case with support:
