I keep having the issue of a pink screen and pink recording with my outdoor cameras. This has been going on for about 12 months now. I have replaced the batteries. turn off and waited for several seconds. Reset. Cleaned. Nothing seems to be working. I have noticed that others have the same problem; has anyone come up with a REAL solution? Can I return them for new cameras? Please advise.

reset the camera by opening and closing the battery door. If the problem happens again, try the camera reset process again, or file a support ticket at http://www.arlo.com/en-US/support/contact.aspx.

Search the forum. It's a defect and Netgear needs to replace your camera.

Yes, pink screen is fixed by opening battery cover for a few seconds and then closing again.
