• Why can’t we view our devices with Picture in Picture on iPhone the majority of apps I use this is possible to view media while doing other things on the same device however the Arlo app won’t do it?

I completely agree! Having picture in a picture on iPhone for the Arlo app would be extremely useful! I would use it every day. I often find myself having to stop my live camera feed to open another app to do something, when I really wish I could continue viewing the live camera feed in a smaller box at the same time I’m using my other apps. And most streaming apps have that feature now, so it seems like it should be possible. Thank you!

Adding in my support for this request as well. We frequently use our phones to monitor specific cameras for activity but need the ability to do other things at the same time. Picture-in-picture should be standard for most video-capable apps by now.

Yes I’ve been waiting for this option for multiple years. Being almost a year since this OP noted the benefit, I’m wanting to know if Arlo has this in the works. I’m really close to switching providers because Arlo consistently takes much longer than expected to fix little flaws that competitors outperform with. This leaves a trail of fewer recommendations of Arlo to other potential customers.

I have Arlo Pro 4 Cameras and wired doorbell, with arlo secure with feed app for 3 cameras -

Live View appears (sometimes) on my Samsung Smart TV in the small picture-in-picture window. 

It only appears in the small picture in picture every now and then.   

It always seems to be after I have either setup the cameras in smartthings, or... after I have setup cameras in my Alexa App.  Or tried one and then the other.   

I have no clue as to why, or how to make a camera show in picture in picture.  I just know it has worked a few times and then quits. 

I have tried everything i can think of... Deleting and re-installing cameras in everything and linking and unlinking with smartthings app, alexa app, and the arlo secure app with feed for 3 cameras.  

I give up and quit trying to figure it out...........
