Phone wont find camera or base station

I have granted access to my wife so she can use the camera's, but she has deleted one of them by accident, and now I can't reconnect the camera on her phone. I have turned the base station off, but when I try to add a camera, it isn't finding the base station.

Since she was granted access, all you have to do is go back into her settings under Grant Access in your account and reselect the camera.
