Phantom Video

I have a camera that is always showing that it has one video in the library,  but there is no videos in the library showing and nothing there I can delete.

Anyone know what is going on?

looks like they release new sw versions... I would guess it in for the upcoming Q cam...give it some time ( a day ) as they are working on the servers as per JamesC

It has been like this for months, and was showing before they updated/changed the software.

BBB-FAB,

Try taking a snapshot to see if it updates the count.

• Start Live stream
• Click the camera icon to take a snapshot
• Stop the Live stream by clicking on pause icon

Afterwards you can delete the snapshot and make sure the counter updates to 0.

I have the same problem. Suddenly I recieve a notification on my iPhone that motion has been detected, but when I check there is no video recording of the event. Happens about 6-10 times daily. Other videos come through no problem. Please advise!!
