I would like to know why when I paid over 500$ when I put my cameras in and was told i would not ever owe anymore money, you are now tellimg me i have to pay a monthly fee??????   This is not right!!!!

Arlo now insists on a fee to render out of warranty assistance to use the customer support service. Been this way since the Covid pandemic. 

 

Any camera model sold after the pro2 requires a paid subscription to have cloud storage.

 

 I have had pro2 since 2018 and have not had to pay arlo a cent more since then.

 

 I also refuse to give arlo my CC information so they can’t rip me off.
