Other Cameras will not "trip and record" if one is already recording

Actually is  VMS3330 according to Amazon.  Updated the firmware and have had nothing but problems since.  If one camera is triggered and recording none of the other cameras are recording.  So it's useless to see if a burglar has gotten into a specific room.  Only one camera triggers and records.  I can go to the camera and manually check the other cameras, but the point is to catch things in the act.

Something is wrong since you can record up to 5 cameras at once. Either the other cameras didn't detect motion (or your nested rules aren't working) or maybe the base has lost it's mind. You can try power cycling the base but if that doesn't work you may need to reset the whole system.
